Support

Write to us on whichever of these you already use. Telegram is usually the fastest — it is where support is answered day to day.

We read everything and usually reply within a few days. There is no support phone number.

A station stopped playing, or plays silence

Report it from inside the app rather than by writing to us. The report carries the identifier of the station you were listening to, which is what lets us find the stream, test it and replace the address. A message saying that the radio does not work does not tell us which station, and we cannot act on it.

Stations go off the air, change their stream address, or rebrand, and none of that is announced to us. Reports are how we learn.

A station is missing, or search does not find it

Try the station's own name and the name of its broadcaster — a station is often listed under a different one of the two. If it genuinely is not there, you can add it yourself in the app, and you can tell us: which stations people look for and cannot find is the list we use to decide what to add next.

Advertising and the subscription

Radio Live is free and carries advertising. A subscription removes it. It is one purchase covering iPhone, iPad and Mac — the same app, bought once — and it is sold through the App Store, so Apple bills it and Apple cancels it, and we can do neither:

Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the subscription running until the period you already paid for ends. If you paid but the advertising is still there, restore purchases in the app first — that reaches the App Store and asks it what you own — and write to us if it does not help.

On Android there is no subscription. The app is supported by advertising, there is nothing to buy and nothing to cancel, and any page offering to cancel a Radio Live subscription on Google Play is not ours.
