1. Who we are, and which apps these terms cover
These Terms of Service are published by Khrystyna Shevchuk — the developer named on both store listings — and they govern your use of Radio Live, the internet radio app for Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Radio Live is available on Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad and Mac).
Throughout these Terms, “Radio Live”, “the app”, “we” and “us” refer to that app and to Khrystyna Shevchuk as the party responsible for them.

2. What Radio Live is
Radio Live works like a digital radio receiver. It is a directory that makes internet radio broadcasts easier to find and reach. The service indexes radio stations and connects you to broadcasters through links embedded in our apps and website.
We do not own the radio stations or the material they broadcast, and we do not host, alter or re-encode it. We act as a neutral facilitator, respecting third-party rights, and we are not responsible for what the stations put on air.
3. Acceptance
By installing or using Radio Live you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.
4. The service is provided as it is
Radio Live streams radio stations and related media through our applications and website. The service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Individual stations may go off air, change their stream address, or restrict access by country, and none of that is within our control.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you do in the app and must comply with the laws that apply to you. Do not use Radio Live to break the law, to interfere with our servers, or to circumvent restrictions a broadcaster has placed on its own stream.
6. Intellectual property
The applications themselves — their text, graphics and code — are protected by intellectual property law and international conventions, and those rights belong to us. The audio and video reached through the app belong to the broadcasters and remain theirs.
As a facilitator, Radio Live embeds links to streams that are already publicly accessible, does not modify third-party content, and presents it in its original form. Users are part of the public for which that content was already intended, and no new audience is created by these links. We claim no ownership over third-party content.
If you believe content reached through the app infringes your rights, or you want your content changed or removed, write to radio.rlive@gmail.com.
7. Content you add
You may add stations and stream addresses that you have the right to add. By doing so you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that material within the service. You must not add anything you do not have the right to share.
8. Subscriptions and payment
Radio Live offers optional paid subscriptions that remove advertising and unlock additional features.
- Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple or Google, under that store’s terms. We never receive or handle your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, according to its policy.
- Prices and features may change; changes apply from the next billing period and never retroactively.
9. Third-party links and content
Radio Live contains links to websites and streams that we neither own nor control. We take no responsibility for their content, their privacy practices, or their availability.
10. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the service, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we must do so to comply with the law or to protect the service. You may stop using Radio Live at any time by deleting the app.
12. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Radio Live is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from any station being unavailable or broadcasting something you object to.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. By continuing to use the service after a change takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where the developer is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you use Radio Live as a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
15. Reporting claimed infringement
If you believe that content reached through Radio Live infringes intellectual property rights you own, send a notification of claimed infringement to radio.rlive@gmail.com. Please include specific details of the alleged infringement, your contact information, and confirmation that you are authorised to act for the owner of the material concerned.
16. Notice for users of Apple platforms
This agreement is between you and Khrystyna Shevchuk, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for handling any claim relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims of non-compliance with legal requirements, and claims of intellectual property infringement.
